The Scots Law Autumn Series takes a look at the key recent developments across multiple sectors as the post-pandemic landscape begins to emerge.

The Series will take place virtually between September and October and will include the highest calibre of speakers drawn from the ranks of the Bar, the accountancy and medical professions, academia, private and public practice.

Covid continues to have a lingering impact as much court business remains remote, the issue of how to manage long-Covid in the workplace looms, and innovative solutions are found for both licensing and contractual problems. With changes to family law in place and on the horizon, greater flexibility required between landlords and tenants, the fallout from Brexit and a new Register about to be launched by the Registers of Scotland there are also plenty of other developments that the Series will cover in depth.

Ensure not only that you are up to date but also how you can best assist your clients.

There will be 9 unique virtual conferences at the event – Contract Law, Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Employment Law, Family Law, Licensing, Personal Injury, Private Client and Rural Law.
