Paladin Group provides independent financial expertise to solicitors and their clients in matters arising from personal injury, clinical negligence, and related private client and family work. Our involvement reflects the financial consequences of legal proceedings, from expert financial input during a case through to the practical management of funds once matters have concluded.
We work with solicitors, trustees, guardians and other professional advisers, supporting cases both during proceedings and following settlement.
Paladin Group operates through two closely aligned services: Paladin Experts and Paladin Advice.
Paladin Experts
Through Paladin Experts, we act as independent financial expert witnesses in personal injury and clinical negligence matters, as well as in family proceedings involving pension provision. We act for Pursuers, Defenders, and on a joint instruction basis.
We are instructed in matters before the Scottish courts and work within the framework of Scots law and procedure.
We prepare reports covering:

• Paladin Advice
Paladin Advice provides independent financial planning support following settlement, or where matters concluded previously require review.

• Welfare Benefit assessments
• Structuring and management of settlement funds
• Ongoing financial planning where appropriate
