Sheila Webster is a Consultant to Thorntons. She has been involved in some of the leading reported cases in property litigation, including Legal & General v Tesco Stores, Retail Parks v The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Britel Fund Trustees v Scottish & Southern Energy, regularly sits as an arbitrator, especially in property related disputes, and is recognised as a leader in the field of property litigation. Sheila was a founding member of the Scottish Group of the Property Litigation Association and continues to be a member of the Scottish Group committee. She is a Past President of the Law Society of Scotland.
