Nicky-Ray Watson is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team at Brodies LLP. He has practiced exclusively in insolvency since 2011, with a particular focus on contentious and personal insolvency. He was a key advisor to the Accountant in Bankruptcy ("AiB") for over 12 years, which included a secondment to the AiB's offices. Nicky-Ray is accredited as a specialist in insolvency law by the Law Society of Scotland and a committee member of the R3 West of Scotland Insolvency Forum.
