Aimée Doran called to the Bar in 2025 after nine years as a solicitor in both the private and public sectors. She has a wide range of experience spanning personal injury, clinical negligence, fatal accident inquiries, public inquiries, criminal and regulatory matters, and professional disciplinary law. Aimée has acted in a variety of personal injury claims, including workplace and industrial accidents, road traffic incidents, and occupiers’ and public liability cases. She has a particular interest in claims arising from historic abuse and is available for instruction by both pursuers and defenders. As a solicitor, Aimée was part of the legal team representing a core participant in the Edinburgh Tram Inquiry. During devilling, she was involved in both the UK and Scottish Covid Inquiries and the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry.
