Molly Little of Westwater Advocates called to the Bar in 2026 as a Lord Reid scholar. Her areas of practice are primarily in family and child law. Prior to calling to the Bar, Molly was in private practice as a solicitor in the family law teams of two leading Edinburgh firms. She has experience across all areas of child law litigation, including child abduction, relocation and cases involving allegations of abuse. Molly also has a background in acting for clients involved in the children’s hearing system, including cases where grounds of referral are contested and children’s panel decisions are appealed. Molly has been an undergraduate tutor at the University of Edinburgh in Family Law since 2020 and is also a regular contributor to the Family Law Bulletin.
