Rosalind McInnes

Rosalind McInnes is Legal Director of BBC Scotland. Rosalind worked in private practice as a commercial litigator before joining the BBC in 1997 and is author of Scots Law for Journalists, Contempt of Court in Scotland and Media Law and Practice. She is a former council member of the Law Society of Scotland and has taught and spoken on media law internationally and has judged the Monroe Price Media Law Moot at Oxford.
