Sheila Webster is Head of Litigation at Davidson Chalmers Stewart. She has been involved in some of the leading reported cases in property litigation, including Legal & General v Tesco Stores, Retail Parks v The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Britel Fund Trustees v Scottish & Southern Energy and is recognised as a leader in the field of property litigation. Sheila was a founding member of the Scottish Group of the Property Litigation Association and continues to be a member of the Scottish Group committee.
