As Head of Business Development and Land Register Completion, Nikki Duke led a cross functional team to design and build the Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land (RCI) at Registers of Scotland. Previous roles in RoS have included Senior Product Manager, and Head of Stakeholder Engagement where she was responsible for the Digital Uptake, Customer Relationship Managers and the Events & Marketing teams. This involved strategic oversight of engagement, activities and service development required to understand and meet our customer needs. Previous experience has been in national and international business development and stakeholder management for universities, public and private sector organisations.
