Oliver Kolodseike

Oliver Kolodseike is a Director in Colliers’ Research and Forecasting team and has ten years of experience across economic research, economic consultancy, and property research. He is responsible for Colliers’ in-house property forecasts and publishes around 30 research reports per year, including the quarterly Scotland Snapshot. Oliver contributes regularly to the firms’ view on the economy, presents those views to clients and at property industry gatherings and acts as commentator in press interviews. Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, he worked for the Centre for Economics and Business Research and IHS Markit (now S and P Global). Oliver holds a BA and an MSc in Economics, having studied at Georg-August University Göttingen (Germany), University of California - Los Angeles (USA) and Exeter University.
