Alison Marr is a solicitor with Fife Council with some 19 years’ experience in local authority property matters including compulsory purchase, PPP/SFT projects and the Affordable Housing Programme. Alison has provided training and advice to council officers and local members on Community Empowerment and manages the Council’s internal process for Community Asset Transfers, Reviews and Appeals.
