Deborah Miller is an experienced employment law solicitor with Shepherd and Wedderburn. She has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law for more than 10 years. Deborah has extensive expertise in employment law litigation and has appeared in Employment Tribunals throughout Scotland and England, representing both public and private sector clients. Deborah regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment law including drafting employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance hearings performance and ill health issues, discrimination, redundancy, business transfers and severance of senior executives. Deborah is also well known for delivering training to clients, law students and other solicitors in employment law.
