Marianne McJannett is Head of Employment at Bellwether Green with over 12 years’ experience in employment law. She has been accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in employment law and provides commercially focused advice to businesses, and support employees through transitional aspects of their employment relationship. She supports businesses in ensuring that their employment contracts and policies are in line with legal best practice, while making sure that they fit their business needs and ethos. She regularly negotiates exit packages for employees and advise them on the terms of settlement agreements, as well as post-termination restrictions.
