Lisa Hilton is a Principal Procurator Fiscal Depute (PPFD) who joined COPFS as a trainee in August 2006 and has worked with COPFS for over 16 years. As a PPFD she has undertaken a number of leadership roles in COPFS, most recently as a PPFD in HSIU having joined HSIU as a PPFD in Feb 2019. As PPFD she oversees the preparation and prosecution of health and safety cases and the preparation and court proceedings in relation to FAIs that have a health and safety element.
