Lindsay MacEwen has a wide range of experience having specialised in private client law since 2009. She advises high net worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs on the preparation of wills, estate and business succession planning, executries (probate), trusts, inheritance tax and on adults with incapacity matters including powers of attorney and guardianships. Lindsay is a member of and a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), completing the Diploma with Distinction.
