Eoin Quinn is a Senior Associate in Keoghs' Glasgow office. He is dual qualified to practice English, Northern Irish and Scots law. Eoin is experienced in defending high value and fatal claims principally arising from employers’, public liability and road traffic accidents. He also advises clients on occupational health, disease and stress/harassment actions. Eoin regularly conducts advocacy in the All Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC), local Sheriff Courts and has a successful track record of defending claims through to proof. He appears regularly at the APSIC Procedural Court on a Monday conducting Procedural Hearings (36A cases), Opposed Motions and By Order hearings. Eoin also sits on the Personal Injury Users Group at ASPIC.
