As Cruse Scotland’s Director of Client Services, Nicola Reed is responsible for overseeing the delivery of bereavement support for clients across Scotland. Cruse Scotland is a volunteer led service with a team of 230 volunteers, supported by a staff team of 23. Alongside this role, Nicola is also regularly involved in delivering bereavement training to workplaces and is part of a team of facilitators who offer group support to workplaces which have been impacted by a suicide. Prior to working for Cruse Scotland, Nicola worked as a Chartered Accountant for 20 years, so has operational experience in commercial, professional and third sector organisations.
